Who We Are
Rios Brazilian Steakhouse began in 2008 with a family dream: to bring a little piece of Brazilian culture, tradition, and cuisine to the United States.
In the south of Brazil, an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse, known as a churrascaria, is more than just a place to eat. It is a place where family and friends gather around the table, share great food, celebrate life’s special moments, and create lasting memories. That sense of togetherness is what inspired Rios from the very beginning.
In 2008, Rios Brazilian Steakhouse opened its doors in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Over the years, that location became much more than a restaurant, it became home. Countless memories were created there, made possible by the loyal customers and community who supported our small family business and helped us grow.
After 17 wonderful years in Nazareth, we were inspired to begin a new chapter. In 2025, Rios relocated to Easton, Pennsylvania, into a larger space where we could continue growing while staying true to the traditions and hospitality that started it all.
Today, we are proud to welcome both longtime guests and new faces to our Easton home. Our location may have changed, but our purpose remains the same: bringing people together through authentic Brazilian flavors, warm hospitality, and memorable moments around the table.
